AuSCR Workshop

This free half-day workshop is targeted at clinicians from hospitals participating in the AuSCR, those yet to join and plan to in future, as well as anyone interested in benchmarking for acute stroke.  Highlights will include presentations from top-performing hospitals sharing knowledge on how they are improving their stroke care, progress towards the 30/60/90 National Targets, discussion on the updated AuSCR minimum dataset, presentations from the AuSCR team on the new data platform and using interactive data dashboards for monitoring stroke care.  The workshop is also an excellent opportunity to meet some of the AuSCR team and stroke teams from across the country.

The Australasian Stroke Academy encourages you to register for our half-day pre-ANZSOC workshop. The workshop will be educational and will focus on case-based practical discussions covering real-world scenarios commonly encountered by stroke clinicians. The ANZSO Emerging Stroke Clinician and Scientist special interest group is excited to organise a pre-conference symposium at the ANZSO 2025 Conference at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in beautiful Hobart. Our program will align with the conference theme of Equity in Stroke Care. The symposium will be held on 2 September from 1:00 - 4:30 PM and we will have an inspiring lineup of national and international speakers. They will share valuable insights on topics that are most relevant to early - and mid- career clinicians and scientists.

  • A progress report on ongoing CRE-Stroke funded projects, showcasing impact and innovation

This workshop is a must-attend for researchers, coordinators, and clinicians involved in stroke trials who want to stay up-to-date and sharpen their operational and strategic trial skills.
